For procurement, IT security, and DPO review
Scope
LOOP Methodology is a professional development platform for adult revenue-team members. We do not serve Kâ12 or higher-ed students, do not collect student records, and do not host classroom data. We are not a "school official" under FERPA and we do not act as an operator under SOPPA, SOPIPA, or analogous state laws.
What members put into LOOP
Members may upload deal artifacts, scorecards, and notes describing institutions they sell to. Our acceptable-use policy prohibits uploading personally identifiable information about students, parents, or minors. Members are responsible for redacting PII before upload.
Sub-processors
Our sub-processor list is available on request: privacy@loopmethodology.com. All sub-processors are contractually bound to confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this policy.
Security posture
- TLS 1.2+ for all traffic in transit; AES-256 at rest.
- Role-based access; least-privilege production access; audit logging.
- Annual policy review; incident response plan with notification within 72 hours of confirmed breach.
DPA & questionnaires
We sign Data Processing Agreements with district and state-agency customers on request. Common security questionnaires (HECVAT Lite, vendor risk forms) are returned within 10 business days. Contact security@loopmethodology.com.
