Privacy Policy
Effective June 7, 2026
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, organization, role title, segment focus.
- Learning data: diagnostic answers, drill responses, scorecards, capstone submissions, AI rehearsal transcripts.
- Billing data: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We store the last four digits of the card and the transaction reference only.
- Operational data: server logs, IP address, device/browser, page paths, timestamps.
How we use it
To operate the service, grade assessments, issue credentials, deliver live workshops, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the curriculum. We do not sell personal information. We do not use member content to train third-party AI models.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that operate the service on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics) and with your employer if you are using a team license, limited to participation, completion, and credential data. We do not share rehearsal transcripts or open-text reflections with your employer unless you explicitly submit them for review.
Education-sector data
If you upload data describing a school, district, or institutional buyer for use in Practice Deal or Scorecard tools, do not include personally identifiable student information (PII). See our FERPA & Student Privacy Statement.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@loopmethodology.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale or share — we do neither.
Retention
We retain account data for the life of the account plus 24 months. Credential records are retained for 7 years to support verification. You can request earlier deletion.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and logged.
Cookies & analytics
We use first-party cookies for authentication and a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate usage. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features will not function.
