Terms of Service

Effective June 7, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing access to LOOP Methodology ("LOOP", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

LOOP provides professional development for revenue teams selling to education institutions, including digital certifications, live cohort workshops, assessment, retrieval practice, AI rehearsal tools, and a member community. Specific deliverables are described on the marketing pages and in your purchase confirmation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, the activity that occurs under your account, and the security of your credentials. Seats are personal and non-transferable except as part of a team license held by your employer.

4. Fees & term

Membership grants twelve (12) months of platform access from the date of purchase unless a different term is specified at checkout. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes. Renewals are not automatic; we will contact you before your term ends.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the cancellation window are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Intellectual property

All curriculum, frameworks, scorecards, exam items, drills, deal-vault scenarios, recordings, and other materials are the property of LOOP or its licensors. You may use them internally within your team for the purposes for which they were provided. You may not redistribute, resell, post publicly, train AI models on, or otherwise commercialize the materials without our written consent.

7. Certifications

Credentials issued by LOOP attest to completion of specific assessments at a point in time. We may revoke a credential if it was issued in error, obtained fraudulently, or if the holder materially violates the Code of Conduct.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) share account credentials, (b) scrape or bulk-export materials, (c) use the platform to harass other members or faculty, (d) submit content that violates third-party rights, or (e) reverse-engineer any portion of the service.

9. Confidentiality of peer work

Deal artifacts, scorecards, and rehearsal transcripts shared in cohorts or peer pods are confidential to the cohort. Do not screenshot, forward, or post peer work outside the platform.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, win rates, quota attainment, or revenue results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@loopmethodology.com.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
