My credential isn't appearing on my profile.

Credentials are issued within 24 hours of a passing assessor review. If you've been waiting longer, write us with your username and we'll investigate.

I missed a live workshop. Can I watch the recording?

Yes — recordings are posted to the session's detail page within 48 hours. You'll receive an email when it's ready.

Can I switch cohorts?

Once per membership year, yes. Email support and we'll move you, subject to capacity.

How do I cancel?

Email billing within the 14-day window for a refund, or after that to confirm you don't want renewal contact. There is no auto-renewal.
